Bells Announce New Broadcaster for 2023 Season
BELLINGHAM, Wash. – The Bells are excited to announce that Zen Hill will be the play-by-play broadcaster for the upcoming 2023 season.
Hill is from a small town outside of San Diego, Calif. called Julian and attends Western Washington University. “I cannot wait for this upcoming season and all the memories I will get to call on this season’s broadcast.” Hill said.
“We are thrilled to have Zen joining our team,” Bells general manager Stephanie Morrell said. “He is a talented young broadcaster who is familiar with the area and has worked extensively with Western Washington University Athletics. We know Bells fans will love listening in on nights they can’t make it to the ballpark!”
Hill has recently worked as the Western Athletics’ play-by-play and color commentator for their YouTube channel where he calls softball, basketball, and volleyball.
You can catch Hill on the call for all 29 Bells home games this season by tuning into mixlr.com/bellinghambells or watching the Live Stream available on the WCL Live Video channel. Road games will be called and broadcasted by the opposing team via the WCL Live Video channel.
The Bells Opening Day is June 2, 2023, against the Edmonton Riverhawks at Joe Martin Field.
