The Bellingham Bells and Cascade Natural Gas have teamed up to present the 2026 Books & Bells Reading Club!

This program is in its fifth year and has been completed by thousands of happy readers around our county.

How it works: Kids are asked to read or have a family member read 4 hours to complete a home run and draw a scene from their favorite book!

The Reading Program is an incentive-based reading program for kids aged 0 to 12 years old
