Who should I contact about playing for the Bells?

Does it cost anything to be a part of the Bells?

  • We do not charge a player fee. The expenses you may incur are your transportation to and from Bellingham, meals or snacks outside of what is provided by the team and host family (typically, three meals a day are provided to you at home), and personal expenses (toiletry, gas and/or carpool money, etc.)

What do I get from playing for the Bells?

  • A summer’s worth of learning and development not only in baseball but also as a person.

Where is Bellingham?

  • Bellingham, WA is in the Pacific Northwest. About 90 miles from Seattle and about 20 miles from the Canadian border.

How long am I expected to stay in Bellingham?

  • All players are expected to be in Bellingham from report day (typically end of May) to the end of the season (August 8 – 15 depending on post-season qualification).

Do I have to find my own housing?

  • Bells front office staff places players in host families, keeping in mind best fit for the player and family, transportation needs and other concerns (like pet allergies). Team staff vet all host families, and host families undergo an application and home visit process.
