TICKETING

Where can I purchase tickets?

  • Tickets can be purchased at
    • Online at BellsTickets.com
    • In-person at our Barkley office (3111 Newmarket St. #106, 10am-2pm)
    • In-person at the Joe Martin Field Box Office starting 2 hours before first pitch

How do I redeem my tickets?

  • Tickets purchased online will be emailed to you
  • You will show your unique QR code on your mobile device OR by printing the PDF ticket at home and showing the paper ticket
  • You must have a valid ticket to enter the game

Can I share the tickets I purchased with others?

  • You are able to share these with others via email or text. Every ticket purchased has a unique QR code and a unique PDF

Does my child need a ticket?

  • All children, 3 years old and younger do not need a ticket, provided they are sitting on the lap of a parent or guardian when sitting in the Dugout Box Seats, Grandstands, or General Admission bleachers.
  • All children 4 years old and older will need a ticket.

Do you offer any ticket discounts?

We offer a variety of ticketing discounts throughout the season

  • WECU debit and credit cardholders receive BOGO tickets all season long. Box office only. Presented by WECU
  • Every Tuesday is Tuesdays are for the People. Tickets are 50% off with the code TUESDAY. Presented by People’s Bank
  • Every Wednesday is Senior Wednesday. Seniors, 65+, receive 50% off tickets. Box office only. Presented by Silver Reef
  • Every Sunday is Savings Sunday. Receive $2 off of tickets with the code SAVINGS. Presented by Celestia at Cordata

What type of seating is available?

  • General Admission ($12)
    • First Base Bleachers
    • Third Base Bleachers
    • Grass Seating on the Dry Guys Hillside
  • Grandstand ($16)
    • Reserved seating, under-cover, protected, behind homeplate
  • BECU Dugout Box Seats ($20)
    • Reserved seating, first 2 rows along the first and third base sides

What if I need accessible seating?

  • When purchasing an accessible seat, these will be highlighted on the map in light blue in row 1 of sections E, G and I of the Grandstands.
  • There is no physical seat as these are reserved for wheelchairs and walkers with a chair.
  • For those with mobility concerns, we have reserved the first row of the first base and third base general admission bleachers.

FOOD AND DRINK

Can I bring outside food or drink?

  • Due to health and business licenses at the ballpark, we do not allow for outside food or drink.
  • Empty waterbottles are allowed. They can be filled up at the water fountains inside the gates.

What food and drink options do you offer?

  • Claus Meats hamburgers and Hemplers hot dogs on Avenue Bakery Buns
  • Chicken Burgers, Nachos, Popcorn, Pretzels, Corn Dogs, Peanuts, Candy
  • Water, Soda, Coffee, Lemonade, Bubble Water, Energy Drinks
  • Rotating Draft Beer
  • Canned beer, cider, wine and NA

Where can I find beer?

  • At our first base and third base beer containers as well as a select variety in our grass area.

TRANSPORTATION

Is there parking at the Joe Martin Field?

  • Yes, there is ample parking available in the Civic Complex Parking Lot as well as limited street parking.

Do I have to pay for parking?

  • No!

Are there other transportation options to the ballpark?

  • Yes, the WTA has multiple routes that take you just a short walk from the park. Visit WTA’s website to learn more.
  • We also have bike racks near the box office for those who want to ride their bike to the park. Don’t forget your lock!

MISCELLANEOUS

What time do gates open?

One hour prior to first pitch

  • 5:30pm for Monday-Saturday
  • 12:30pm for Sunday

Can I bring my dog?

  • No, only service animals are permitted in the ballpark.
  • Service animals must be under control of the handler at all times
  • We may ask what task your service animal is trained to perform

Are there any activities for entertainment for children?

  • We have a WECU Family Fun Area on our grass hillside, including inflatables, games and coloring. It will be open during every game.

Can I bring a camera?

  • Yes, but you cannot disrupt those around you.
  • You must have a valid press pass to access the field, photo wells and other areas around the ballpark

Where can I buy merchandise?

  • Merchandise will be sold in our merch container towards the third base side of the ballpark
  • Merchandise is also sold on our website

What kind of merchandise do you have?

  • Baseball Hats
  • T-Shirts
  • Sweatshirts and Hoodies
  • Youth tees, sweatshirts and onesies
  • Women’s fit tank tops and shirts
  • Baseballs, stickers, pint glasses, bracelets

Can I meet the team?

  • Select players will be signing autographs after each game on the first base side of the ballpark in our Autograph Alley, sponsored by Fat Shack and Willands Tech Auto
  • We ask that you do not disrupt the team as they enter the ballpark before the game nor disturb them in their dugout during the game.
