McGee joined the Bells full-time in July 2023 after spending a year at Western Washington University Athletics as their Interim Director of Marketing. McGee, a graduate of Western Washington University, was a marketing intern with the Bells during the 2021 season and spent the 2022 season as the videoboard operator. She returned once again in 2023 as the pressbox director but was promoted to the operations and marketing coordinator mid-season. In her full-time role with the Bells, she will oversee operations of many key initiatives including camps, community outreach, ticketing and managing all social media channels.
