After a year away to focus on family, Jim Clem returns to the Bells as pitching coach for the 2025 season.

Clem spent the 2011 – 2021 seasons with the Bells as pitching coach and recruiting coordinator. In that time, his pitching staffs were consistently amongst the league’s best and two of his pitchers, Seth Martinez (2014) and Eric Chavarria (2021) were named WCL Pitcher of the Year. In 2023, Clem returned for one season as the head coach/manager where he led the team to an incredible season, the team was named the 2023 WCL North First Half Champs and clinching a playoff spot for the third season in a row.

Clem has long been recognized as a legendary area coach and has been named to several Hall of Fames including the WIAA Coaches Hall of Fame, the Washington State Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame, and the Central Washington University Athletics Hall of Fame.
