Game two is Ours

After a successful first game against the NorthPaws the Bells come out on the field confident and ready to take game two and that is just what they did last night. The Bells play strong defense and have just enough hits to produce the two runs they needed to win.

Isaac Yeager from University of Washington takes his first start of the season and pitches three innings, has three walks, allows three hits, and strikes out two. Yeager did not allow a single run to score. Yeager has been working hard so far this season appearing in four games and has won 3 out of four of his games. Following Yeager on the mound last night was Trevor Moore, Sheldon Egger, and Jack Erdman. Trevor Moore took the win for the Bells tonight, having three strikeouts, walking only one batter, and giving up one hit. Moore is originally from Golden, Colorado, but attends school at Stanford University. Moore is currently playing for the Bells alongside a future Cardinal Brady Reynolds, an outfielder. Jack Erdman closed strong for the Bells giving up only two hits, two walks and had one strikeout.

Up at the plate for Bellingham Yohann Desseruault had a triple that scored Anthony Kodama from first base. Right before Desserault, Kodama had a single. The Bells were able to put up five hits and continued to stay patient at the plate tonight with five walks.

The Bells play again tonight at 6:35 P.M. and look to sweep the Kamloops NorthPaws. Join us for game show night and get yourself a free baseball sponsored by WECU.
